(she/her/they)

Jacqueline is the founder and creative director of BajoLore Studio, a collaborative venture that provides creative, strategic, logistic, and communications support for projects in film, art, music, theater, and other cultural spaces.

Jacqueline's experience as a cultural worker includes curating film exhibitions, directing film festival programming, designing large and complex art exhibitions, and seeking out hidden cultural gems that want support in having their story told through a decolonial framework on traditional and social media platforms.

In addition to managing social media for VoxFem Network, Jacqueline also creates content and manages social media for several music, cultural, and news hub sites.

Born on the Island of Borinquen/Puerto Rico, and having lived in many cities in between, Jacqueline is a long-time resident of Austin, Tejas. She completed her B.A. in Visual Art at Yellow Springs, Ohio, with heavy additional coursework in music history, literature, and anthropology. Libraries, dancehalls, good coffee, and mountain tops are some of her favorite things.
